Realtors to launch foreclosure courses - The Business Review (Albany):

The group gave the $3,20o to host a foreclosure and shortsales course. And the was given $8,050 to develop a course and DVD for consumersa and agents on the legal riskse associated with foreclosures and short also wasawarded $6,000 to host a Realtotr training course on helping consumers who are behin on their mortgages. The national association gave out morethan $3 milliobn to different city associations to help resolve the growinfg foreclosure problem.
